What are your experiences of the seas during December? Some family members are concerned about turbulence. Itinerary below.

I'm planning on traveling on Royal Caribbean Spectrum of the Seas Dec 1-6, 2024, going from Shanghai to Okinawa, Ishigaki, and ending in Hong Kong. However, as some family members are more sea-sensitive, I wanted to ask if this time of year is very turbulent in this area. Thanks in advance for any insights.
