Wheelchair Accessible Puerto Plata?

We are going to be on the NCL Breakaway in July. Puerto Plata is a stop and I'm trying to find wheelchair accessible excursions for that area. Does anyone have any tips and advice on the best options. We are beach/water lovers more so than tour the town type. Thanks so much!!
