Mindo Rainforest Tour ???

We are arranging a tour pre-cruise out of Quito with Grayline. One of the private service tours is to the Mindo Rainforest. Has anyone done this tour or visited the Mindo Rainforest? There is also the possibility to go tubing on the Mindo River during our tour. I can find information on the internet regarding this area but would love to hear from a CC member that has been before.
