Chinook Book Coupons?

Is anyone here familiar with these regional coupon books? http://www.chinookbook.net/coupon_list.asp

 

I am considering ordering one ($20) basically for the 2 for 1 Amtrak offer. But I have a couple of questions first, since we would prolly not be able to use the rest of the book....

 

The website shows the front of the coupon, but I thought someone might have one complete with any restrictions on back. We are interested in two business class fares from Seattle to Vancouver on Sunday, September 24, 2006.

 

- Are there blackout dates for this offer?

 

- Would one paid business class fare be good for one free business class fare?

 

As a matter of fact, if someone has the book, and doesn't plan to use this particular coupon, I would be glad to trade/pay for it.
