Upgrade HIA Premium Wi-Fi to Streaming

We have a 28-day cruise booked with a Have It All package that includes Premium Wi-Fi. Does anybody know what it costs to upgrade that to the Streaming package?

 

Roger's excellent tables show the cost of upgrading from the Surf plan, but not from Premium.
