Can I cancel prepaid items?

I have prepaid WiFi,  gratuities and water package on my cruises starting in August  .  I now think purchasing  the Plus package would work better for us.  Can I cancel the above purchases  and get my money refunded?

Yes. I cancelled prepaid water and it was refunded to my credit card in about a week. I didn't get any kind of notification so I just kept checking my card statement.

As long as you individually paid them yourself you can cancel them and have the money refunded to original payment source.

 

Not if they are included as part of a fare offer or provided by your TA.
