Problem completing questionnaire on mysilversea.com

It absolutely won’t accept my birthdate.  I am entering it in the format:

 

xx/xx/xxxx.  Month/day/year

 

it says enter valid date.  The dropdown calendar doesn’t work either.

 

I cannot proceed.  Help!

Suggest you call SS

 

you might try day, month, year

Go back and try in day or two. The SS site is notoriously bad, especially on weekends when they are tweaking it.

- Assume you are entering a “0” where needed to make 2 digits in the fields that require it but you have a single digit month or day. 
- Clear your cache. Try a different browser.
