Oddly, I walked into a Valero gas station here in the DFW area today, and saw 4 slot machines with an ashtray with a snuffed out cigarette in it.  Nope, it wasn’t closed off from the rest of the store - it was right in the middle.

Right?  I asked the attendant if those were really slot machines that paid out money.  He simply smirked and shrugged.  
 

One of the ladies in our bowling league told me about another Shell station in the area close to my house that also has slots.  She should know, because she regularly drives up to Choctaw for a few hours, including after we finish bowling at 9 on Friday nights.

When I lived in DFW, I knew a ton of people that went every weekend up to Durant or Thackerville.
