good morning,
I'm on board the Vista (May 10 Istanbul-May 21 Rome).

Could someone give me the contact information of someone responsible for Oceania?
I have had a problem on board and the reception manager does not want to make it easy for me to explain my problem to a responsible superior. 

They do not face the guest, they send their subordinates.

Maybe in Miami or London they don't know this way of treating guests.

If you're not getting satisfaction from the manager at reception, then go to the general manager's office which, as I recall, is also on Deck 5

I had the same problem and also the General Manager was not interested in talking with us.
