Car seats and shared cabs

Hello,

 

From researching, it looks like cabs from Havensight are mainly shared.  We will have two young kids so I am just trying to figure out if we need car seats. 

 

Are car seats needed in the trucks with added seating in the back?  Looks like it's all mainly shared vehicles

 

Looking for experience from those who have travelled with young kids.

There are no seat belts, so no way to install a seat. Also, many are open sided, so kids need to sit between adults. I have seen a few lap children, but personally, I don’t think I would take a child younger than 5 on one.
