remydiva Posted May 19 #1 Share Posted May 19 This weekend sale for new bookings has $99 deposit, 3rd and 4th passenger free and added OBC. The cruise we booked less than two weeks ago is included in the sale. We have not paid final payment. We booked directly with Princess but our cruise personalizer doesn’t work weekends. Today when I phoned, I was told their reservation system was down and phone back later. Has anyone been successful getting OBC added as a good will gesture in these cases when final payment has not happened? If so, any tips? I repriced my cruise a couple of weeks ago and saved $400 off of the original price (no OBC, though). A week later this "great sale" with OBC started, but, alas, the base price increased, so even with OBC the overall price is higher than what I repriced it to. 8 hours ago, remydiva said: If so, any tips? take screenshots for your CVP. Thus I figure the additional OBC is not an unreasonable ask. yes I emailed my CVP with screen shots so hopefully he can help.
