At least he doesn't constantly yell "WOO HOO" like Malcolm. He might be the reason I haven't sailed Carnival out of NYC in 10+ years.

We are in port from 8 to 5 in every port but San Juan.  We are in San Juan from 7 to 4..

I think I'd consider knocking on the door to ask if it could be turned off. Or ask steward? Sometimes people just don't realize ramifications of what they're doing. We had a neighbor move onto our block, in the home next to the alley, by the community mailbox. She'd park in front of the mailbox, blocking folks from pulling up to get their mail. I left a gentle note twice, problem gone. (We have rear entry garages, so she didn't have to park there.)
