Britannia - The Glass House

I was on Britannia last week and Glasshouse was our favourite venue on there. I wasn’t overly keen on it before as I don’t like it being in the atrium but we must have got better seats this time! 
We had one lunch and one evening meal there. We shared the cheese plate which was lovely- and the waiter persuaded me to have a glass of Madeira with it - was great! 
Also had very attentive service.

Was on Britannia in May and Glasshouse was great.

 

Joined the virtual queue just before getting changed and had to cancel and rejoin another queue as table was ready before we finished getting ready!

 

That queue was only about 5 minutes before the app buzzed.

 

Wait staff were great and the food excellent, I had the pork (from menu 2 I think, not the Pork and black pudding gateau which sounded delicious, was slightly gutted about that) and my partner had the pinwheel pasta and the classic British desserts, probably our top meal onboard.

 

Mains came out in about 10 minutes.

We were in the Glasshouse on Aurora cruise 4th. June to 22nd June and the place was the nicest Glasshouse in the fleet. The food was fine although my wife had to send a steak back. Service was prompt, but we did have to wait for a table on a couple of occasions, once 15min. and once 20 min. They do say  that you will always be served even if you have to wait.
