What to do in Bar/Stari Bar?

We just had our port swapped by Princess so we are regrouping and figuring out that day. Has anyone been to Bar and/or Stari Bar? The drive to Kotor is too long for us so we will keep it local to the port. Any restaurant recs? There is an excursion that basically gets you up the mtn to Stari Bar and you eventually "walk down the hill" to Bar proper, stopping on your own where ever you like. Appreciate any intel on this new-to-us port!

You're not the first to wonder what to do in Bar or from the Adria - Bar port. Local tour companies from Kotor have noticed the port change and have begun customizing their tours to also start from Bar port.

I suggest checking with your current local agent in Kotor to see what they can offer from Bar. If you haven't booked any tours yet from Kotor or Bar, here's a link to a company that offers tours from both ports: www.monttravelers.com.
