Gibraltar Port 6am to 12pm NCL Viva Nov 7

It looks like the Nature Preserve opens at 9am.  Does anyone know what time we would take a taxi tour assuming that we need to be able to access the sites.  Not sure how long it takes the taxi's to get to the first location where you would require a ticket. Is there anything we can do prior to 9am as our time is so limited in port.
