My question is: When will food/drink quality truly be addressed?  We've had band aid answers but things are still going down hill.  We were just on the Equinox in June.  This was our 10th Celebrity cruise and 2nd on Equinox.  This was the first time that we have been disappointed with the food.  Some issues includes lack of variety in the main dining room, lower quality ingredients, recipes "cheapened" (for example-the Caesar salad dressing tasted watered down-absolutely no flavor).  Will these issues be addressed?  Other example is a Miami Vice drink.  It honestly tasted like no rum was added to the drink except for the rum float on top.  I feel like everything is getting cheaper and cheaper and yet we are paying so much more for the cruise.  I hope that a happy medium can be found.  Thank you!
