How big is the refrigerator?

In a word, yes. Here is a pic of the fridge showing a split of sparkling wine. You could easily remove the top shelf and fit in a 750 ml bottle if more height is required.

On Queen Anne, the refrigerators are larger than on the other ships.  The water bottle shown here is 2 litres, so quite a bit taller than a wine bottle.

I should mention that the door of this fridge^^ has a deep shelf which could easily hold at least two 750ml bottles.
