I called last week to talk to someone  about certain difficulties encountered during the online check-in procedure. During the conversation, I had the pleasure of speaking with a courteous gentleman who is taking calls from another country. Although he was pleasant, it seemed that he was not able to help me and that he would put me in contact with a  more experienced individual. Has anyone experienced any difference when calling in? I requested a phone call from the Miami team, since I usually get connected to them when I call.
