We discovered the same problem when we were on Allure last year. Having to reserve dining times with MTD kind of defeats the purpose and the walk up line was always long. Earliest times we could book were all after 7:30 pm and we usually like to eat earlier. It was bad enough that MTD didn't open until like 6:45 IIRC. Luckily we had the three meal dining plan so we ate at specialty restaurants on those night and just went to the Windjammer on the others.
nc762shooter Posted July 18 #27 Share Posted July 18 My wife and I have always done YTD, we like the flexibility of being able to eat early or late depending on what we have going on that day, much like at home. As far as wait times, we never thought they were an issue even back before you could use the app and had to check in at the door. We would just always grab a drink at the bar before checking in and then if we had to wait it was no big deal to just hang out and enjoy a pre-dinner drink whether it was standing in line to check in or finding a seat nearby to wait with the buzzer. 1
