Prime Rib

... For years they would have prime rib in Osheans or the buffet on the first day this seems to be gone ... On the BBQ night anything that looked close to beef was chewy and full of fat.

Nailed it ... our last 2 NCL cruises, if we didn't dine in various specialty restaurants on different nights, the big question would be - where is (outside Haven) the EDIBLE beef these days !!!  Aside from the beef burgers and hotdogs at OSH or The Local, rarely sighted.  Prime rib served last year was 15 to 20%+ untrimmed fat.

Remember those corned beef and pastrami sandwiches, times are changing for sure.
