Think RIU does one but have not heard great things    You really don’t need one.  Take a taxi Eagle beach and rent chair/palapa and order drinks/ food ala carte

We were in Aruba with friends in May for a week and went to DePalm Island. We drove to their office and paid $119 for the day. It is a small island right off shore. You take a ferry across to it. The price includes drinks and food for the day. It also includes snorkeling (they provide all the gear and life vests or you can bring your own), a water slide and banana boat rides. The chairs and palapa's are free. They open at 10 am and we were there by 9:45 to get their before the buses bringing groups in. Suggest beach shoes as it's rocky getting in. The snorkeling was really good and we thought the food was good. It was a nice day.  We also took our inflatable web chair floaties and just floated around. Got off the Ferry and walked straight to the beach off to the left and got a palapa and chairs right in the first row.

We have done both the Riu and Barcello. Prices range from $119 to $149. Both have nice pools, foods ok. Drinks are typical all inclusive, weak and small glasses. I think you are better off going to the beach and paying as you go, unless you are really wanting the pool.
