Fitness classes.

On Carnival's website, they have  bullet points describing the fitness center.

One bullet says "Scheduled fitness classes"

The next bullet says "Specilty fitness classes (Yoga, Pilates, ( $ ) )"

 

Are there other classes that are free? If so, what are they?

Almost all the classes have a cost.  There usually are early morning stretch classes that are free around 7am but that is it for the freebies.

I actually enjoyed the Yoga classes and the price was cheaper then what I would have paid for if at home, and since we were going to Hawaii and had 4 days at sea as well as I am used to getting up early it was fun. Only two of us in the class too
