I can’t answer that exact question, but I did have some experience with it on the Glory this week. I was in the casino for an hour or so the first night, never saw a bar server. Later in the evening, after I quit playing, my SO took my Platinum card and his to the casino bar. He was able to get his free drink, but they said I could not get my platinum drink because I had DOU in the casino. While they were explaining that to him, they  managed to charge his card $14.16 for his free drink and erroneously show that I had had a DOU drink (I hadn’t, because I never saw a server at the tables while I was in there the first two days). I was able to get my platinum drink at the lobby bar later, before I discovered the bad charges on our account. Repeated explanations at Guest Services resulted in the $14.16 being removed from our account. The next day, there were servers at the tables. I think the free platinum drink is still confusing to them and they haven’t quite figured it out yet.
