NYC Port Authority shuttle

Recommended Posts

We are thinking of busing in to the NYC Port Authority for the Dawn. I heard that the Authority has a shuttle to the cruise piers. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, is there a charge? Can the shuttle accept a wheel chair? Is the shuttle on demand or on regularly scheduled runs? I'd appreciate any help on this.

i do not know about a shuttle to the piers, but if you are traveling in a wheelchair, i would say that the best idea is to take a cab. it should be less than $10 as port authority is on 42nd st & 8th avenue and the pier is at 50 something and 12th ave.....a very short ride (about 1 mile).
