Water isn't a problem.

Bathroom sink is the same water from the water dispenser at the buffet.

I like the $25+ glass wines

How does it get there? How often does it get tested or clean? How often is it used so if there's an issue the crew can address it? The toilet water is the same water too.

The house wins every time.  All offers and all promos are to increase revenue.  That will never change.  No company or corporation sits around pondering how they can make less money.  NCL has their bean counters and figured out how much revenue this will increase.

Its true, the word more could actually mean less.

Our small locally owned "greasy spoon" restaurant just raised prices across their menu, from $0.50 to $1.50 per menu listing.

At the store,

"Average" steak costs are $15/lb.  Prime steak costs are over $25/lb.

Regular medium eggs are again over $4/dz.

OJ not on sale is $7/qt.

Nothing will be decreasing soon.  NCL has advance purchase contracts, they know what is coming.

There's a word for someone who continues to patronize a business despite being (apparently) continually let down by it. I'm not sure what that word is, but there is one. 😁
