Excursion Refund - Still Waiting

We sailed with Atlas in late August. Our first port was skipped due to bad weather. No big deal; we’ve seen that before. We were told onboard our refund will be processed in two weeks for the Atlas Ashore excursion we booked. 

 

We have not received our refunds. I escalated over a week ago and still no action. 
 

Anyone here experienced similar delays? We’ve only sailed Azamara and Viking, and refunds were processed within days.
