Fort Lauderdale Hilton Marina

I booked two tower rooms in the Hilton Marina in conjunction with our British Airways flight tickets. I booked Intracoastal view with balcony which indicated that there would be a view of Port Everglades from the tower. Unfortunately BA sub-contracted it out to Expedia, who converted it into two balcony rooms in a Harbour Villa which is low rise and no guarantee of a view. Reviews indicate these rooms are in poor condition. Does anyone have recent experience of Harbour View rooms at this hotel?

I have not been in a villa, only the high rise. The high rise are real nice. The villas get all the bad reviews. I would not want to stay in one.
