kowkitty Posted March 30, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 30, 2006 Hi, Booking our "yearly" girl trip. My sister and I went on Carnival last year and had a great time. We are planning on the Dawn for March 2007. We are going to book at the very least a mini-suite but are also looking at the penthouses. Are they worth it? Is there a real difference between the mini-suite and the lowest level penthouse? If we book a penthouse is it worth the extra between the lowest penthouse AE and the higher one AB - do love that jacuzzi tub!! We don't mind spending the extra $$ and are the type that does spend some time relaxing in the room and on the balcony. Anyone have photos of any or all of these categories??? Would love any other info or descriptions. It has been tough to get a real idea. Thanks so much Jackie
shoreguy Posted March 30, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 30, 2006 All the penthouse perks start with an AE. Here is the rub in a Mini Suite you and your sister get your own twin bed. AE, AD, AC, AA all have one bed either queen or King in the AA, No sleeper couch. So you will have to hare a bed. If that is not an issue go for the services in any penthouse. The AB has a queen as well and a second "kids" bedroom. Who gets which room? Kids room Master bedroom
