Marken Posted Friday at 06:40 PM #1 Share Posted Friday at 06:40 PM We get off the cruise ship and overnight in Buenos aires - I would like to do a tour the day we get off the ship. Is this something that has to be prebooked or is it available from a walk up kiosk anytime? Don't want to pre-book as I don't know how long it will take to depart ship and get to our hotel and get settled. Thanks for the help
cccole Posted Friday at 09:56 PM #2 Share Posted Friday at 09:56 PM I think it is best to prebook a tour. Guides are used to passengers getting off the ship and going to a hotel. Actually, from what we saw a guide would be thrilled to pick you up at a hotel rather than the cruise port. We used Richard Shpuntoff at bacityguide@gmail.com. He was great, originally from NYC so his English was perfect. You might contact a couple companies and see what they can offer you. We loved our day with Richard, there were 4 of us and he customized the tour to what we wanted to see and do. Hope you enjoy BA, Cherie

Have him reserved in Buenos Aires for a couple of tours. Prompt replies, efficient and sounds like a very fun fellow. Looking forward to meeting him. Thanks again
cccole Posted 41 minutes ago #5 Share Posted 41 minutes ago @Marken So happy it worked out. Richard sent us info on books and movies that applied to our tour months before we came and it added fun to our adventure. Enjoy your visit.
