Royal Caribbean Alaska Cruisetour Questions

Planning an Alaska cruisetour for 2026 when they open up and very much prefer to do the tour before sailing.  Who has some experience with this and can recommend which tour to take?  We want to avoid hours riding on a school bus.  Trains and tour buses are fine!  Also, my wife has some stamina issues and won't be able to hike or climb 50 stairs.  It's fine with us to go on tours with optional activities available, but we don't want to get stuck with no options.  All advice is appreciated. 🙂

Does it have to be a tour offered by the cruise lines? I think a much better option is a rent a car and put together your own trip. That way you can choose what you want in activities, dining and lodging. There is nothing offered on a cruise tour that can't be booked independently and often for cheaper.
