rebeccajo68 Posted March 31, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 31, 2006 Has anyone ever tried Snuba in Belize? If so, how was it and who did you book with?
tiffnicole_24 Posted April 30, 2006 #2 Share Posted April 30, 2006 I snubaed in grand Cayman and loved it. Your best bet with snubing is going through the ship I couldn't find any other websites.
picktowncruzr Posted May 1, 2006 #3 Share Posted May 1, 2006 We did Snuba @ Rendevous Caye booked through Carnival. Belize Catamarans was the company that actually did the excursion and it was VERY fun. We've done snuba in GC, Bahamas and Belize and Belize was definitely the best! scottishflower Posted May 2, 2006 #4 Share Posted May 2, 2006 We did Snuba in Belize in early March - booking through the ship (RCCL) you get Belize Catamarans - nice people, great job. You group with the snorkelers on the ride out, but do a separate snuba tour with a smaller group when you get there. The Snuba itself was okay, but I preferred the experience in Barbados (sunken ships, deeper waters) vs. Belize (strictly reef life, but kind of sparse; not tall reefs or anything, more shallow area). After the Snuba, they take you to a cute little island to hang out for an hour in the sun. Overall, it was worth the money, we had a nice time.
