Lipo-6

I take it upon waking up, go for a brisk 15 min walk (1 mile) 30 min before breakfast (protein shake). It's hard to say if it does/doesn't help, because your supposed to use it with a sensable diet and exercise plan. This is how they ALL are supposed to be used. If you didn't change anything and took the pills 30 minutes before meals, *I THINK* you might lose a pound or two in two months. They're not miracles. If it was a magical weightloss pill, every fat american would take them and be skinny. Think of that when you see advertisements for any weightloss suppliment.

Lipo 6 is definately a great addition to your workout and diet regimen if you take them for what they are which is weight loss SUPPLEMENTS, not Miracles. If you can find it mass produced at places like walmart for under $20 bucks you can be sure it is crap, but there are some strong supplements left if you go to the right place to get them and spend more than $30 bucks on average. if you want a list of what the ingredients in lipo 6 are designed to do, here is a site that describes the ingredients and what they do. http://www.dietsupplementreviews.com/product.aspx?p=Lipo%206%20Liquid%20Caps
