welshgirl Posted April 4, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 4, 2006 :) Hi all Please help me find out information on the transatlantic crossing. We are sailing 30 April from Miami. What will the weather/winds be like crossing the atlantic to the med? We have sailed from New York to the Caribbean, will the sailing be the same? micheleg Posted April 4, 2006 #2 Share Posted April 4, 2006 Hi Welshgirl! We've got quite a thread going for the 4/30 Jewel Transatlantic. Please come visit us at http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=183916 where we're all posting tons of info on this sailing. As far as the weather is concerned, the days should be nice..the evenings will probably be on the cool side. Come over and say hi! We'll see you on board! Thanks, Michele :)
willy paul Posted April 4, 2006 #3 Share Posted April 4, 2006 We went from Nassau to Rome in late April and early May. The weather was mixed, a rainy day or two and most days you could lie in the sun and the weather was comfortable. Evenings tended to be cool but not cold except of course for the rainy days.
