love2cruise221 Posted April 5, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 5, 2006 Need Info: Dolphin Swim Puerto Vallarta Sea Life Park Has anyone done the Dolphin Swim at Sea Life Water Park in Puerto Vallarta? The ship I'm on does their excursion through Dolphin Adventure Center. The local tour companies all sell tickets to the Dolphin Adventure Center, but you have to go directly through Dolphin Discovery to book at the Sea Life Water Park. The Sea Life Park gives you the added option of enjoying the water slides, wave pool, etc. I was wondering if the Sea Life Water Park dolphin swim is comparable to the Dolphin Adventure Center swim. I think both the Park and the Center are located in the same general vicinity of PV---Nuevo Vallarta. Any advice, first-hand experiences? Thanks. drjohn4 Posted April 5, 2006 #2 Share Posted April 5, 2006 We were on the Oosterdam a few weeks ago and my wife and son did the ship's excursion at Vallarta Adventures and it was great. We drove by the Sea Life Water Park which was a couple miles away. From what I could see from the road there were several water slides there, but the place did not look very busy or well maintained (I was not even sure it was open even though it was the middle of the day). Unless you get a good report from someone who has actually been there it would probably be better to stick with the known entity.
