Comment Cards

Are the comment cards that are mentioned here, the survey that is filled out at the end of the cruise?

 

We went to Guest Relations to request "Attention To Detail" cards which according to them hold much more weight. We even received letters of acknowledgement from the heads of the various areas where the people we were praising worked!!

 

It was nice to know that the information really got to someone who could make a difference. :D

When you want to take special note of someone, the "Attention to Detail" card really works well.

On our past Cruise with Princess Golden in January

My Wife Filed out the Coment card about a few things we were not Happy With (Plus gave good credit to our Room Steward and Waiter they Went above and beyond)

 

She also sent a personal letter to Princess about our dislikes and conserns Still No Reply or Answer

We have Sailed with Princess many times since 1989 Old Pacific Princess

 

Since we have not herd back I am Glad to Say We booked with Celebrity and Cancled our Cruise with Princess to the Mexican Riviera

 

at least they can give us an answer
