I was wondering if anyone has information on Paradise Point and the birdshow in St Thomas. I beleive you take a skyride there. Once there, is that where the birdshow is? I also heard it is near the port, I will be on the Caribbean Princess.

Any imformation is appreciated, thanks!

Yes, Paradise Point is near the dock (Havensight)-you take the tram up there.

We went up with a tour guide by van-very steep road:eek: for the view - amazingly beautiful. We were early and didn't see a bird show.

It's worth going up there just for the view- nice bar, restaurant and people selling things, too.

Hope you get more info., MaryAnn

Hi

check out the website

http://www.paradisepointtramway.com/index.html or for the birds...http://www.paradisepointtramway.com/birds.html

We went there last year and spent a couple of hours...it was a lot of fun...Definitely worth the ride up. Will be on the Caribbean Princess in a few weeks with a stop in St Thomas and will probably take the ride up again.

Have fun!

K

---------------------------------On a hot day you can dehydrate climbing that mountain and pass out --could be challenging for some!

Its well worth the $15 per person....I have some great pics from up there. There is a bird show, they ask that you don't take pics of the birds (which is crap IMO, but whatever) they just want to sell you a pic from $10 with a bird.
