They are adjacent to the cruise port, next to the western most pier (Pier 1, I believe it is).

GOOD LUCK WITH THESE.... we were there 3 days/2 nights precruise and only saw one.....and we were WALKING faster than it was going :D

WOW! have been to San Juan twice and have never even seen one and had no clue about a trolly.

They are not open air anymore . They are A/C andthey look like a green bus and yes, they are slow.

do with the fact that the trolleys are very scarce !!!! Or slow !!!!!

Traffic in Old San Juan is pretty heavy at times.... all roads are one way and very teeny tiny cobblestone. When walking you can take back alleys (most have steps) or just use the roads that most taxis dont use.
