Missing Port due to rough seas

Yep, I have. During certain times of th year it can be a crap shoot with them missing as much as 25%. The port does not want you to miss and ship does not want you to miss but the safety of the passengers and crew comes first. It's a great destination for Stingray City alone so it should remain on the itinerary but know it sometimes gets a pass.

We were there for a week (in January), and one day the water was so high, it was lapping up across the street. This was a Sunday, and luckily there were no ships in port that day. The day before, there was one ship, and it had to anchor at another part of the island. The day before that (on Friday), the storm that blew in forced all ships to leave early (by several hours).

Even on Monday, the water was still quite choppy, but they did tender people in.
