Florence - Outlet Mall

We will be spending some time in Florence this Spring and I was wondering if anyone who has spent time there has visited the outlet mall near Florence.

If so, in your opinion is it worth the trip or would it be a waste of time?

From the amount of money my daughter and I spent - it was worth it. I felt like we got some really good buys on bags and shoes. I got a Ferragamo bag for 280 euros that we saw in Rome for 1250 euros. So I was very pleased.

Where is the outlet mall near Florence??

Harrods Fan - the Outlet Mall is about 30 minutes out of Florence. I found it at http://www.outlet-firenze.com/the_mall.htm. There are shuttle services from

Florence to the Mall.
