Bob's Limousines in Italy

Has anyone had experience with Bob's Limousines in Italy for transfers/shore excursions? (www.romelimousines.com) I thought I had seen some recommendations for Bob's on this board, and I am booked on some transfers and shore excursions in June/July, but now I'm not finding any information on this company. Thanks.

Some people here had good experiences; ours was poor. The reason: Bob is a broker. Some of his drivers are very good but others aren't. In addition, he forgot to send a driver to pick us up at the airport. A search of this board will yield several drivers with consistent positive reviews such as Claudio etc.
