Desertbelle Posted June 24, 2004 #4 Share Posted June 24, 2004 Cabostleda, apparently you can go into your personal options and turn off signatures, so you don't have to see them if you don't want to. Nice feature.

Aprille Posted June 24, 2004 #6 Share Posted June 24, 2004 I got my countdown clocks working. :D You need to copy and paste from your old profile. I had to change my tags at the beginning and end but they now work. For a more detailed explanation by wvdreamer of how to do it, check out the following thread: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=44471

Aprille Posted June 24, 2004 #20 Share Posted June 24, 2004 I posted this to another thread but will post it here as well hoping that it will help: If you have the [ IMG ] tag at the beginning and the [ / IMG ] tag at the end it's not going to work. Remove those original tags. Also if you have no tags at all it's not going to work. The front tag should be: <IMG SRC=" then the http address End it with another double quote and a > (no spaces - the only space will be between IMG and SRC) Also make sure the http address is not still a link. To remove the "link" part of it go to the end of the address and backspace once. That should remove the link (and the underline). Does any of that make sense?!?! Edited to add: Do the link removal step first before adding the tags. That might make my instructions a little easier to understand.

jstducky Posted June 24, 2004 #24 Share Posted June 24, 2004 aprille... your instructions are perfect! i took me awhile to figure it all out. i got it after i read wvdreamer's post on the other thread.. i think the important thing is to make sure that your http address is not a link. i kept trying to fix my clock with the correct tags at the beginning and the end, but since my http address was still a link it wouldn't work. but then duh! i finally figured it out! i also love the feature in the USER CP that allows you to preview your signature before you set it!
