QM2 Staterooms A few questions

Hi I have been on the QM2 once before but in an ocean view room. I am now interested in a room with a Balcony. Which catagories of staterooms have balconies. Do any of the Balcony rooms have butler service? If so which catagories. I am thing of doing the July 24th Roundtrip from New York. Any help would be appreciated.

All A and B grade cabins, all P grade cabins and all Q grade cabins have balonies EXCEPT the Queen Anne and Queen Victoria suites. All Q grade cabins have butler service.
