Can I book a future cruise when sailing on Celebrity Constellation for a Freedom of the Seas Cruise with RCCL, and still get my shipboard credit for booking in advance, on a cruise.

As long as the booking date is open for sale, then yes you can.

You sure can. I just booked the 14 Night Hawaii on the Summit on my last cruise on the Rhapsody. They work off the same reservation system so there is no trouble with the cross bookings.

Just book anything with a similar length and then change the reservation to whatever. As long as you keep your booking number, you got the credit.
