Soto tour - no reply

I filled out a res. form online with Soto tours (even had to give cc info) and have not gotten a reply. I tried 2 different email addresses in an effort to get confirmation and still nothing! Has this happened to anyone else? It has been about a week.

Ya I emailed them last week and they emailed me back so I decided to go ahead and book with them on Wednesday and haven't heard anything from them yet so I emailed them earlier this evening about it and still nothing......hmmmmmm I have heard and read good things about them so I hope this isn't a bad sign!! It took me for ever to make up my mind and now I have to worry....grrrrrr

Well I emailed them 3 times expressing concern, the last email basically said that they now have my credit card information and I have nothing from them. I expressed concern over the situation, and all I got back was a short reply that reads:

 

Your reservation form has been received.

I will be sending the confirmation letter shortly.

Not the best customer service that I have ever encountered :rolleyes: ! Funny that when I had questions before I was trying to book they got right back to me!!! I really like the timing of their excursion. I guess I will give it til early next week and see if this continues...If it does, I am not so sure that I will trust using them.

We were on the Miracle last week and booked thru Moby Dick. I recieved a response from Mark quickly, no cc info needed the team including 'Philadelphia', our bus driver, was great. Pictures were taken of everyone feeding, handling and posing with the rays, and a cd could be purchased for $10 per picture ( postage included) and they'll send it anywhere in the world. I highly recommend These guys

Well they just emailed me and said all was fine and confirmed my reservations, so all is well........:D That makes me happy....lol So K2 hopefully you got yours too!!!

I just got mine today too! Wow that took a bit. Enjoy your trip... I can't wait to go.

Thanks we leave next Saturday the 29th..........on the Triumph, our first cruise......so excited I almost can't stand it!:D
