How is the snorkeling at Governors Beach? Would there be anyone to instruct you? Do they serve food or drinks at the beach?

How is the snorkeling at Governors Beach? Would there be anyone to instruct you? Do they serve food or drinks at the beach?

 

I don't know about the snorkeling, but I emailed the Chamber of Commerce about some other things, and in their reply they did mention that at Governor's Beach you could rent chairs as well as get something to eat & drink.
