Yes - otherwise you will hold up the line while all that information is entered into the system. In fact you are required to complete the process two weeks before your cruise. Not sure you want Homeland Security to pull you aside when you arrive since your name matches a person of interest. Without the complete info in the database that could happen.:eek:
