auntiecruiser Posted April 26, 2006 #1 Share Posted April 26, 2006 Does anyone know how many formal nights are on the Liberty 6 day itinerary? I know there are 2 for 7 day cruises, is it the same for 6?:p
mrdood Posted April 26, 2006 #2 Share Posted April 26, 2006 There are two, the second one was listed as "optional" back in December... still never figured out what that meant.

cruisenk Posted April 26, 2006 #4 Share Posted April 26, 2006 In March it was still one formal and one formal optional. The first formal night was Monday (Freeport) and the second was Thursday (Costa Maya). Most people on our cruise still dressed up on the second, optional formal night. What kind of excursions did you do at each port?
wentworth Posted April 27, 2006 #9 Share Posted April 27, 2006 Laurie At Freeport we just took a van/taxi and went to Lucaya Beach. Plenty of shopping there if you want; we walked around for a while then went across the street to the beach. Nice relaxing day. Grand Caymen: Had a fantastic time with the Rays, Rum and Reef tour thru Native Way. Snorkled, swam with the stingrays and went to Rum Point for a tasty lunch and more beach time. Costa Maya: We got off ship. Walked THRU the market place to the back of the building and booked a parasailing tour for 1 pm and then while there rented a golf cart and drove into Majahaul (sp) where the parasailing tour was. Majahual also has a great beach and shopping if you want. We were able to get a table with umbrella right between the parasailing booth and small bar setup. My husband and I took our 9 year old grandson parasailing with us. He decided he wanted to go at the last minute. We had a blast!!! Cost was $40 pp for about a 20 minute ride. Got back on beach and had a lunch which was excellent and then took our golf cart and rode around sight seeing. We stayed most of the day there and the people were picking up their wares when we left. Joyce
