How long would it take to do a marathon slot run on board?

Recommended Posts

Brilliance--2 weeks ago--never won a penny--really. Damn casino was tighter that a ... (fill in the blank). We go to Vegas ALOT and I know that you can't win 'em all, but jeez--I've never had such a rotten time gambling before! No way to win at blackjack, slots didn't pay, hubby did ok at craps until the stickman started to mess with the dice during the roll. (Pit boss finally took him off the table, but by then, DH was so mad, he stopped playing) All in all the casino was horrible!

The rest of the cruise was great!

Ahh, my favorite things, gambling and running in the same thread. I just had to click on this thread.

I tried it once. I gave up after an hour and a half and not even partway through. I think that was the Sovereign. I didn't win back even 40% of my investment. Those returns were just too low. I know I can keep it up in Vegas with the same number of machines and initial investment for far longer. I am guessing, and this is a BAD guess, that the machines are set between 76% and 80%. Which are not good enough odds for me.

IMO the slots pay out the most on the first night. If you try this, do it the first night....

Now you have me wanting to play all the machines.... I usually just look for the 7's and play that one. My second favorite is the Pink Panther...third would be the one where the wheel spins for a bonus if you land on the right spot.

If anyone attempts this let us all know how it turns out ;)

Gonna try it in Vegas this summer up to the $5 slots. Max bets each, one pull. Start at 1AM or so mid-week. Load a line of machine and run and hit each one and have my partner collect any winnings. Should be fun as hell if anything it would beat sitting for the same amount of time at one machine.
