Any experience with MEDEX Travel Assist?

Hello out there in Cruise land. Just wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with MEDEX Travel Assist. It is part of the benefit package with my company and appears to cover most of the Medical stuff that could happen including evacuation if necessary. Just looking at the insurance stuff for my cruise in October. Thanks!
