Oosterdam to Alaska - cabin 7032

This will be my first cruise and we booked a VH guarantee and got upgraded to a VA cabin # 7032 :D . My question is. I have been reading that it is more likely to get seasick if your cabin is located near the front of the ship. Do I need to be worrying? I have already gone to the local drug store and gotten my seasick meds just in case. Also with this cabin will I hear any noise from anchors or anything else? When looking at the deck plans it looks like I have cabins above me and below me.
